-Slight color variation is possible due to display settings in different screens and due to mobile photography.
-Wash product separately for the first time. As we have stitched the product directly after dying in mills, there is a slight chance of excess color coating dissolve in water [don?t worry, it?s not color fading, its only removal of excess color , and it will happen only in the first or first few washes]
-Unpacking video is a must for claiming return or refund in following cases:
?Wrong product or wrong size send, than ordered product
?Product damages
?Item missing [ since we are using 3rd party logistics, we have limited control in logistics]
-Since we are using 3rd party logistics , time for delivery is calculated in normal scenarios. It may vary, which are out of our hands. Thus don?t order product exactly calculating delivery time.Also in certain areas home delivery may not be available, so after certain period if product not delivered please contact nearest office in which item has been booked
-DON?T RECEIVE THE PRODUCT IF YOU FEEL PACKAGE IS TAMPERED OR IS OPENED,just return the product
