Overview
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Cancellations and refunds are available only for damaged products.[For a damaged product refund, opening a video of the product after delivery is a must] Size we have mentioned in the product description.
Please use a measuring tape to determine your size before placing an order. This will ensure that you order the correct size for you.
We provide only quality-checked products, and hence, we do not entertain any requests for size exchange. This policy ensures that you receive the exact size that you have ordered. Thank you for your understanding.
Refunds
Unpacking video is a must for claiming return or refund in following cases:
- Item missing [ since we are using 3rd party logistics, we have limited control in logistics]
- Wrong product or wrong size send, than ordered product
- Product damages
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or method of payment, 7 to 10 days
Shipping returns
- After receiving the product from Viba Collections you have 30-day to return the product if it comes under above mentioned returning reasons.
- NO CANCELLATIONS , once product is handed over to courier partner
- No exchange of products allowed unless with above mentioned reasons [ product opening video is a must ]
